Structure
The structure of the HotRodia Motor Corporation is similar to most corporate structures. There is a Board of Directors that oversees the general direction of the corporation and makes the major decisions. The executive staff manages the day-to-day operations of the corporation, and all of them except the Chief Executive Officer are assigned to the management of a particular area of the corporation's operations. There is a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Production Manager, Distribution Manager, Facilities Manager, and a Director of Public Relations.
Manufacturing & Distribution
The HotRodia Motor Corporation has all of its facilities in a central location within the city of Showroomtown, HotRodia. All automobiles are manufactured in Showroomtown and can be transported to other locations inside HotRodia or outside HotRodia if necessary. Most of the intranational transport is done by a fleet of trucks operated by the HRMC, and most of the international transport is arranged by individual dealers and/or dealerships within HotRodia.
Employment
The Corporation hires only the most skilled HotRodian individuals it can find regardless of the individuals' physical appearance and other factors that do not significantly impair performance. The Corporation expects all of its employees to consistently act within the ethical guidelines specified in the Employee Information Packet. All employees are expected to wear the uniforms they are provided or otherwise professional and practical attire. The Corporation currently employs tens of millions of HotRodians.
