When the modern medicine was born, professor Hugo Z. Hackenbush was one of its father. He was formed on the Huxley university as biologist, where he discovered a new virus, called Hackenbushis fetentis. In this time he was also the president of the Freedonian Healt Agency, the government agency that works like a red cross and also he was the Freedonian delegate to IRCO.

But his greatest donation to humanity is the vaccination for the hiccup, which has saved millions of persons. In his memory, on 1920 the H. Z. Hackenbush prize was created, and now it is the greatest international scientific honour.
