Hulan is one of the oldest languages in the world, let alone the PEEL region, said to be well over nine thousand years old - yet unfortunately it's been largely diminished due to new languages such as Zlevic and Tuetsch. Currently found in north west New Europe, its, albiet small, presence in the Soviet Tschazanovite Republic of Mayatia has actually seen it become an official language of the Union of Soviet Tschazanovite Republics

Hulan is largely unique as it has no alphabet - it's based on ancient symbols, and the whole language may be home to well over 100,000 of them - a fluent speaker may only need to know 10-50,000 of these though. However, historians and archaeologists have found examples of Hulan writing right across the continent of New Europe and even beyond, signifying the once mighty prowess of the Hulan language, its influence, and its people - however, this also is an indication on how far, sadly, this language's sphere has shrunk in just over two thousand years.
