Hurč Dlatkn

Generalissimo Hurč Dlatkn (1957-) is the leader of the newly-independent state of the People's Republic of Aipatxia, or Eyepatčia, to use the proposed native spelling.

He was born in the village of Hok, where he met and married his wife, Runla Hø.

Only a child throughout Ubep's revolutionary struggles in the 1960's, he has commented that he has never felt much affinity for Ubu causes, and believed that the concerns of the Eyepatčians, an ethnic minority, were being ignored.

In 2005-2006 he led guerrilla fighters in their struggle to proclaim Eyepatčia's independence.

Dlatkn wears a black eyepatch over his right eye, or, when he is feeling particularly zany, his left.

The Generalissimo's favorite color is chartreuse and his favorite American TV show is Welcome Back, Kotter.
