Hykar II and The Nine Lords
His royal Majesty of the Midlonian crown, Hykar Swadlincote (the second) became Emperor of the Midlonian Crown at just fifteen. Untill his 18th birthday the Empire is mainly run by his "uncle" Aslmadeus Sturm. Whom is also one of The Nine Lords that govern the country.
In order to bring the government back to local levels Nine lords were appointed by HRH Hykar II. These are:
Lord Frederick Hastings
Lord Eric de la Pole
Lord Henry Christenson
Lord Elrohir Telemnar
Lord Daniel Olton
Lord Oliver Pressor
Lord William Naseby
Lord Harold Byron
Lord Aslmadeus Sturm
Each lord controlls a section of the country, seen here, known as counties and each Lord is given free reign over their area, but total opression is not tolerated. Each Lord is bound by the "Troops of the Dove" treaty which is explained in more detail in the above link.
