Board Decisions

Decision 1

• Proposed by Totsa Olĭnsiăl Tĕpäl, representing the government of the Socialist Republic of Xanthal.
• Argument: I propose a decrease in the IAC Patronage Fee to 0.4% of each patron's total annual income. This proposal has been made at the recommendation of IAC President Şoräkö Dän, who notes that the current fee of 1% is well in excess of the organization's operating cost now that initial building and setup of the IAC is complete. Given that no further expansion is planned in the near future, a decrease in the Patronage Fee to the proposed level should adequately finance IAC operations with a reasonable excess in case of unforeseen expenses.
• Ballot question: International Aid Consortium Board Member [name] of [patron] is hereby petitioned for a yes or no vote to a reduction of the IAC Patronage Fee to 0.4% of each patron's total annual income as set forth in the IAC Charter.
