The Imperial Justice system is generally quite simple. There is no 'statutes of justice such as a criminal code, the Imperial Justisars can suggest any remedy to a situation, rather than prooving guilt or innocence of an act they attempt to reconcile the situation, act as mediators, and if warrented become involved, by ordering the death or exile of an individual or seizure of property, death is generally the substitute for a prison, often military service occurs to 'ease' a fued, by sending someone away on duty for a year. It also generally aids in the long term in easing fueds, as actual combat and death are more likely to occur after service or at the least a respect for the situation. The Imperial Justisars are generally last call on Justice as the Provincial Courts tend to be more routine. Usually the Imperial Courts are reserved for Imperial Staff and the ultra rich. To settle disputes among individuals, but only after private, voluntary arbitration has failed

If use falls within the guidelines of use then it is acceptable unless protested. Generally Authority is delegated to the Governments to determine how best to use Imperial Crown Land. The official courts are provided at the low levels by volunteer by those willing to act as magistrates with the qualification. Imperial Courts are estabished strickly dealing with Imperial Intervention with matters, and are dependant upon capacity. Orders may be made by letter or otherwise, so to they may be received by any communication. Summons generally only result if a case in which the Justisar would be willing to hear more. Justisars may launch 'secret' investigations. any individual may defend themself and uphold their duties, and so too may others act in communal defence.

There is officially 'no crime' in Intracircumcordei; however, fueds are almost common place. re: the other fueds comment.crime is rated as very high to moderate by the UN but in reality of the minds of Deians , education is extremely high Attacks on the state are are rare if at all existent, however pubic fueds tend to be relatively common and a number are high profile forming 'kin groups' and inter corporate exchanges have occured as corporations back one of the sides of a fued.. There are deep social ties among the people and most communities especially after the purges have gained a sense of unity. Rural areas are mostly tranquil, while urban areas are kept quite peaceful by constant monitoring by ESSI..
