Igor Vladimirovich Kaselev (Russian: Игор Владимироич Каселев, born 4 April 1970, in West Jerusalem) is a Kahanistanian military intelligence officer and writer of numerous books relating to torture and atrocities.

Early life

Kaselev was born to a Russian-born fanatic settler father, Vladimir Kaselev, who abused him physically and forbade him from associating with Arabs, beating him viciously when he disobeyed, which was often. His mother was also a victim of the older Kaselev's abuse and was generally unable to protect Igor.

At the age of six, Kaselev began to covertly associate with Arab neighbors in the eastern part of the city. They taught him to speak Arabic over a period of three years. When he was nine, his father murdered one of the Arab families who had associated with Igor, accusing them of "polluting" his son's mind as he burned their house with Molotov cocktails.

Fearing retaliation from the Arab terrorists or the local authorities, the family fled to the Negev Desert. While there, Igor became an atheist, unable to accept that either side had a divine claim to any land. When his father learned of this fact, and his thirteen-year-old son's infatuation with an Arab girl, he committed the worst abuse he had ever committed against his son; ripping out four of his fingernails with pliers before Igor broke loose and ran away to parts unknown.

Military life

At fifteen, Kaselev surfaced again, in Kahanistan, as a military officer cadet. Here, his fluency in Arabic and other foreign languages was rewarded rather than punished, and he thrived on the intellectual stimulation, scoring very high in most of his classes. He chose to enter military intelligence when he graduated in 1993, at age 23.

Most of his military career from this point is classified, but it is known that in 1997 he earned a master's degree in social psychology and was promoted from Captain to Major.

During the Kraven War he provided intelligence to the Supreme Soviet on Kraven atrocities, which was instrumental in persuading the Soviet Republic to enter the war. He is now the Deputy Director of Anti-Kraven Intelligence, though involved in other directorates as well; he investigated a report of preserved human heads in Kargrazia in September 2006.

Writings

Tortures and Terrors to Chill the Bones - 1999. Descriptions of various methods of torture Kaselev claims to have experienced while captured by various organizations.

Insight into Freekish Psychology - 2002. Kaselev claims to have infiltrated the Freekish Halls of the Dead to discover the details of Puritania. His claim is strongly criticized by most reputable historians and experts. However, if true, having witnessed such horrific acts repeatedly may explain his apparent emotional numbness.

Break from Religious Extremism - 2004. An autobiography detailing his life under his monstrous father.
