Iluvauromeni Colonial Pre-Nitrous Material Program

The Iluvauromeni Colonial Pre-Nitrous Material Program, or ICPNMP for 'short', is a program set up just over two years ago to provide nitrogen to the Colonies under the Vilya Elenoston flag.

The program draws on waste products created by the men, women and neuters of the Commonality Space Force; essentially, Human, Nenya, and Quendi waste is passed over to the Colonies whenever an Iluvauromeni warship passes by. The waste products are process for various vital components, but particularly nitrogen and ammonia. The Colonies are almost wholly 'self-sufficient' as a result of this program, enabling them to function without fiscal outlay to external sources.

The name controversially took nearly three months to be decided upon by the then-extant Imperial Commission for Administrative Affairs, a body dissolved at the time of the incorporation of the Commonality from the old Empire of the Eternal Dawn.
