Imperial Consulate

The Imperial Consulate is the term used in reference to the provincial heads, being the Governor-Consul-General. Which is appointed by the Party Congress on suggestion of the Imperial Court. As Governor, they represent the Party of Government, as Consul, they represent the Imperial Sovereign, as General they lead the provincial legions and regiments.
