The Imperial Crown of Otiacicoh is the crown of the Hueyi Tlatoani of Otiacicoh (Emperor) and was made in London in 1842 by goldsmiths Jarndyce and Jarndyce on the orders of Moctezuma V. The Crown consists of a large sapphire, supporting a diamond-studded encrusted statue of the god Quetzalcoatl, plus 142 rose-cut diamonds, 18 brilliant diamonds and 8 large pearls. It was lasted used for the Coronation of Moctezuma VIII in 1933. Since the Aztec Court had no conception of an Empress, no crown exists for the consorts of Monarch.

Together with the orb, the Greater Macuahuitl and the Macuahuitl of State, the Crown forms the Imperial Regalia of Otiacicoh. Since the Revolution, the regalia has become the property of the Fiefdom and is displayed in the former Imperial Palace.
