The Imperial Information Exchange and Telecommunications Agency (Quenya, Istanyare Manca ar Avahairacentar Tyarë Valanieva, IMATYVA)is the main information and news agency of the Greater Tomania Empire. All information, news, communications, books, magazines, movies, television shows, and essays must first be are approved or denied under this agency. IMATYVA, is run by the Ministry of Propaganda and works for the the Committee and has regular news at six in the morning, noon, and six in the evening.

The acronym of IMATYVA is also a play on words in Quneya, from imma meaning 'itself', and tye meaning 'you' and va meaning 'you, for you', therefore "from itself unto you" implying that the information is from the Agency and brought to the people of the Empire.

Aratur Cartagia, is the most famous news anchor in the agency and has appeared in many movies, televisions shows and magazine featurettes.
