COMPNOE
The Commission for the Preservation of the Nojikan Empire is an umbrella organization for various entities that are designed to maintain support for the Imperial Empire and Emperor Brakiss. Imperial citizens are engouraged to join COMPNOE. Members are given exclusive rights to breaking news, a free subscription to Will of Iron (an official feed of COMPNOE) and a personal welcome message from Emperor Brakiss himself. Preteen and teenage children in the Empire are encouraged to join SAGroup, or Sub-Adult Group, a paramilitary youth organization that instills loyalty to the Empire and prepares youth for enlistment in the Imperial Military
The Select Committee serves as the executive entity of the group. Next is the SAGroup. Then two coalitions; the Coalition for Progress and the Coalition for Improvements serve as the bases for the Imperial Security Bureau (ISB) and social-political platforms respectively. And CompForce is the military and reconnaissance branch.
Imperial Forces
The Imperial Forces is the military arm of the Imperial Army and comprises of the Imperial Army, Imperial Navy, Imperial Air Force, and Imperial Intelligence, which is often seen as a chief rival to the Imperial Security Bureau.

Inner Circle
The Imperial Inner Circle is the leadership of the Empire. Emperor Brakiss acts as the leader of the Imperial Inner Circle, with the key Imperial military leaders forming the body of the organization. Prominent members of the Imperial Inner Circle include Grand Moff Kator, Lord Kahal, and Grand Admiral Kwinn. Also included in this group are key members of the Imperial Security Bureau and representatives from the Army, Navy, and Air Force. The Imperial Inner Circle only deal with affairs related to the military and those of the state.
The Imperial Inner Circle was formed in conjunction with the Council of Moffs to discuss Imperial affairs.
Council of Moffs
The Council of Moffs is the governing body of the most loyal members of the Imperial Empire.
It is comprised of one moff from each sector of Atlantian Oceania (currently 7), and meets to decide matters of national importance. Each moff has one vote on the Council and only a majority vote is needed to pass a resolution. The Council of Moffs, while technically the governing body of the Imperial Empire, is chaired by the Supreme Commander of the Imperial Forces.
The Council convenes at the behest of the Supreme Commander, or in order to debate, pass, or dissolve laws of inter-sector jurisdiction. Laws and regulations and the like are handled by the Moffs individually, with few known checks or balances to their authority inside their given sectors. Moffs also have sector forces within their jurisdictions, known as Sector Fleets. On the national level, the Supreme Commander of the Imperial Forces commands the remainder of the Empire's military and naval assets through the regular chain of command in the Imperial Army, the Imperial Navy, and the Imperial Air Force. In times of emergency, or at the Supreme Commander's discretion, the Sector Fleets that are normally answerable to the individual moffs can be commanded by the Supreme Commander.
