Inglor Hedikai, is child of Wensicia and Orophin Arcamenel, and the adopted son of Miklós Lord Hedikai, and in accordance to Tomanian law Inglor has been granted the titles, estates, money, and name of his adopted father. However, this was not known to him until after the death of Miklós Hedikai.
Like his father, Inglor attended the Manwe Sullimo Academy for Higher Learning and he was granted Party membership at the age of thirteen. After graduating from university studies Inglor was recruited by the Ministry of Law & Order, there he would stay until he was promoted to Minister of Law & Order until 2042.
In 2042, after the death of Claritia Eärfalas, Inlgor Lord Hedikai is appointed by the Marduuk Party to the position of Executor, and Her Majesty the Empress appoints him to the position of Supreme Cordon.
