Inhwanin IX. of New Yon was the last ruler of the restored Fifteenth Pre-Euclidian Dynasty ,king of New Yon 1039-1036 BF.He was the fifth and last son of the founder of the dynasty Inhwanin V. of New Yon .In 1039 he succeeded his uncle Admiral Prince Inhwanin of New Yon ,yet he was a mere puppet under the influence of his eventual deposer, the future king Kimi of New Yon .He was deposed by Kimi in 1036 BF and was confined in house arrest for the end of his life.He died after 1030 BF.
