International Recreational Cup

The International Recreational Cup is a friendly tournament held in Cockbill Street at irregular intervals. Its acronym, IRC, is not coincidentally chosen (though to the Streetians, it probably is), as the idea of the tournament was conceived in the IRC channel #sport.

Rejistania won the first tournament, staged between WC15 and WC16. This Championship was infamous in Starblaydia as they played and lost all five of their matches, failing to score a single goal. This was Starblaydia's first and only sporting Wooden Spoon and provoked much Starblaydi dislike for Streetian-held tournaments.

Cockbill Street won the second tournament, staged between WC19 and WC20 in order to test out coaches before the G'irgah elections. Starblaydia managed an infinitely-better performance this time, as the Matchday 4 meeting between the Street and Starblaydia decided the outcome of the Championship. Rejistania are the only other nation to have competed in both IRC Tournaments.
