Iron Guard
The Iron Guard was originally the Royal Guard to the King, and whose survivors were captured at the end of the Lily Revolution. With many of its members, most with some connection to the monarchy, forbidden to return to Sicinia Salis, the Guard has become the Foreign Legion of Sicinia, drawing recruits from all walks of life who share a similar need to escape and a taste for adventure.
Even with the restoration of Prince Joseph, the Iron Guard has kept its status as Sicinia's elite Foreign Legion. They are one of the finest units in the Sicinian Army, and wear a distinctive black coat as well as still Although only a quarter of the surviving troops are from the Old Guard, the men still proudly display the royal cockade on their hats.
