Isaac M.C. Chisoko

Lord Isaac M.C. Chisoko is the forever-smiling Foreign Minister of Starblaydia, dispatched on missions around the globe to further enhance Starblaydia's reputation. Isaac was originally one of the Councillors for Saevion Starblayde and he was retained by Tiberius Starblayde, who ennobled bis Council members to the status of Lords.

It is not known publicly what the 'M.C.' stands for, though Lord Chisoko likes to claim it means 'Master of Ceremonies'.
