Isles of Arden

The Isles of Arden are a series of island-states surrounded by vast expanses of ocean; therefore it is neither neighboring or near to any nation or region in particular. Formerly known as the Zoogie Isles as the residing place of The Zoogie People and Penguisiana, its name has since been changed to reflect the broader category it now serves. At its height, it encompassed over sixty nations; however, very few played a significant role in international affairs.

Currently, on the easternmost edge of the Isles lies the islands and mainland of The Zoogie People, with Drizzts Army to its North and Lashuga to its south. The relative locations of the other nations are generally not firmly defined; but invariably to the west of these nations.

A loose pact was once formulated to establish a diplomatic consortium for the members; this was never fully ratified, although it may be yet. However, under no circumstances are the nations of the Isles bound by alliance or trade. Excessive nuclear, chemical, and biological weapon use is frowned upon.

The Isles as a whole have not yet played a part in a major international situation.
