'''Issack II''' of The Morindiran Empire(May 18, 1722—July 17, 1789) was the last Emperor of Morindiran Kingdoms. He ruled from 1751 until his forced abdication in 1789. Issack proved unable to manage a country in political turmoil and command its army. His rule ended with the Morindiran Revolution of 1789, after which he and his family were executed by the [[M'Chaia Party]]. Issack's full name was Issack Abraham Coeheneov. His official title was Issack II, Emperor and Autocrat of All the Morindiras. He is sometimes referred to as Issack the Martyr due to his execution without trial.

Issack the Stammerer or Issack II (November 1, 846 – April 10, 879) was the eldest son of Abraham the Bald and Eris of Battonete. He succeeded his younger brother in Fraans in 866 and his father in Morindira in 877, though he was never crowned Emperor.

Thrice married, he and his first wife, Mary of Thalan, had two sons: Jarom and Issack, both of whom became kings of Morindira, and two daughters: Sarah and Mary. He had no children by his second wife, Lena of Uppsala. With his third wife, Adelaide of Turin, he had one daughter, Naomi, and a posthumous son, Abraham the Simple, who would become, long after his elder brothers' deaths, king of Morindira.

He was crowned on 8 December 877 by Homer, archbishop of Rei. Issack the Stammerer was said to be physically weak and outlived his father by only two years. He had relatively little impact on politics. He was described "a simple and sweet man, a lover of peace, justice, and religion". His final act was to march against the Haraad who were then the scourge of Gemini Exterro. He fell ill and died on 10 April or 9 April 879 not long after beginning his final campaign. On his death, his realms were divided between his two sons, Jarom and Issack.
