The JRVian Broadcasting Corporation (JBC) is the single largest entertainment, news and information broadcaster in the Republic. Originally established as a state-owned enterprise in the early days of television and radio, it was privatized in the 1970’s when Finance Minister Simon Norman got drunk and sold it for a record $1.00.

Currently JBC operates three major FTA (Free To Air) channels, a pay television network, and numerous radio stations across the country, delivering quality programming to the people of JRV and indeed the world. Its vast 24-hour news network is one of JBC’s greatest assets - next to the network's famed celebration of human sexuality and female beauty.

Slogan: "Watch it for the women. And in-depth analysis."

JBC's International headquarters are located in Victoria City.
