Jack Napier, the most notorious thug of Guffingford and surroundings. How he was raised is not known to the City Watch, the STASI and other law enforcement agencies in Guffingford. He was the first who sucessfully robbed the First National Banking & Trust Company of Guffingford when he was 25 years old, set up a vast network of criminal intelligence spanning the globe, nationalized coca plantations, made ties with the Colombian drug cartels, organised several bands of smugglers into one uniform, drilled and diciplined command. Jack Napier is the hub of illegal money traffic, forgery, fraud, illegal gambling dens, running an underground and most secret network of high-tech army equipment being sold to various terrorist organisations globally, illegal gun trade and extortion of major companies in Guffingford.

This man has done it all. And he's the perfect criminal, since he never got caught.
