Jake Clawston

Jake Clawston was the fourth President of Hekloslogravia from May until June of 2005.

Early Life

Jake Clawston was born in Eslogroth, UKTGM on the 20th of May, in 1970. Heklovan by ancestry, he and his family were deported in 432KY. He had a hard life growing up, with only a few friends. He entered the army in 1991, at age 21. He married lifelong friend, Katherine Dakpetin in 1996, at age 26.

Hekloslogravian Civil War Service

Clawston, now a sargent, served in the artillery of the Kiefial forces. He had been a sargent for years, and was angered that he had not been promoted. In early April of 2005, he was able to hold off an attack by rebel forces. The lack of recognition for this enraged him. When Prime Minister Thomas Sawyer overthrew the Kief, Clawston became one of the coup's biggest supporters.

Term as President

Jake was elected president on the PISEKODA ticket, but, Republican candidate, Thomas Y. Madison overthrew Interm President Thomas Sawyer in a coup. Jake quickly had the government restored, and was sworn in as President of Hekloslogravia. The Clawston administration wasted no time in passing racist laws against the Cargtin ethnic group, and nationalizing Hekloslogravia's media. But what brought the scrutiny of Aberdeen was the massacure of the staff of Mittsville's embassy in Lundburg, and the hostage-taking of the staff of Dancing BananLand's. After this, with the help of DBL, Jake was "impeached" (overthrown), and Kief James II brought to power.

Assassination

Jake was handed over to Aberdonian authorities to await his trial. He was specially requested by Angel Fire. In the reeruption of the Hekloslogravian Civil War, some thought that Jake could be bartered out of prison, and restored to his office. On 18 June, 2005, he was broken out of prison by Nolak elements, just to be murdered minutes later. His body was dumped into the bay.
