James R. Picardy Sr. was the pretender to the throne of Hekloslogravia, as Kief James III of Hekloslogravia. He was a distant cousin of the last reigning kief, James II.
Kief
In January of 2006, during the Great Aberdonian War, he was installed as the UKTGM backed puppet of the UKTGM held portion of Hekloslogravia. It should be noted that most if not all nations of Aberdeen reconized the Federal Republic of Hekloslogravia as the legitimate government of Hekloslogravia.
He was assassinated along with two of his sons, and two grandsons by Hekloslogravian commandos in February of 2006.
