James XXIII (James Alexander Henry Stranburg), born on 12th March 1954, is Head of the Imperial Pastan Lands and Emperor of Macaronia and Raviolia. He is the unquestioned Soverign ruler of the Empire of Macaronia and Raviolia, Grand Duchy of Malokov and the Grand Duchy of Ralakov.
He became Head of the Imperial Pastan Lands and Emperor upon the death of his father, Emperor Alexander II, on 21st January 1998. Over 1.5 billion people are citizens of nations of which he is Head of State, the most populous being the Empire itself.
Family

James XXIII is the Head of the current reigning family, and Patriarch of the Stranburg Dynasty. As such, all members of the Imperial Family are subservient to His Imperial Majesty.
He is married to Alexandra, Empress of Macaronia and Raviolia, the daughter of the Archduke of Belkra. They were married on the 2nd April 1977 in a civil ceremony in the Summer Palace situated in the centre of the Imperial City, attended by members of royal families from across the globe and in the prescence of many ambassadors and emissaries.
Together they have six children. The eldest of whom, Edward was born on the 12th of June 1978 and is presently Crown Prince of Macaronia and Raviolia and Grand Duke of the Duchy of Lorrain. The Crown Prince regularly undertakes overseas visits on behalf of his father, and is currently on a tour of the Empire.
Their second child, Sophia was born on the 23rd December 1980 and is the next in the order of succession. She is currently monarch of the Grand Duchy of Ralakov and Princess of Macaron - an honourary title granted to all children of the Emperor. Sophia resides in Ralakov.
Alexander III, Grand Duke of Malokov was born on the 30th May 1982 and is the third currently-reigning monarch in the family. He is also titled a Prince of Macaron. Alexander resides in Malokov.
Her Imperial Majesty Empress Alexandra later gave birth to a previously unheard-of triplets four years later, on 12th July 1987 - the Princesses Catalina and Katrina of Macaron and their brother Prince Rupert. All three of these children currently reside with their parents in the Summer Palace, whilst attending the best Universities in the country.
As well as the close family, James XXIII has three brothers and two sisters, all of whom have likewise their own children. These make up the extended Imperial Family, and hold many positions of influence across the Pastan Lands.
