Jefferson

The City of Jefferson was founded in 1817 by republicans and dissenters from the Holy Empire Excalbia. The city soon became the capital of the autonomous colony of New Virginia and then, in 1829, the capital of the Sovereign State of New Virginia and the newly created Confederation of Sovereign States. Today, Jefferson is the largest city in the Excalbian Isles and is known as the "City that Never Sleeps."
