Jessie McArthur is Omigodtheykilledkenny's ambassador to Xirnium and former deputy ambassador to the United Nations. A former Playmate and MTV personality (she hosted popular dating show "Who Wants to Get Laid?"), McArthur was canned from the network for performing indecent acts on live television in 2003. After her ban from MTV studios, however, she persisted with sexually harassing network staff and pestering network executives with obscene emails and threatening voicemail messages -- until President Manuelo Fernanda finally agreed to get her out of the way and appointed her to the Kenny UN Mission. McArthur's main duties as deputy ambassador included partying with the Gruenberger ambassador, showing a lot of cleavage, heavily intaking Arrogant Bastard Ale, and continually embarrassing her superior, Amb. Sammy Faisano. McArthur obsesses over "Smallville's" Tom Welling, and considers her diplomatic immunity a free pass to stalk him.
