John Hardy

John Paul Hardy is the current Prime Minister of Sahor. He is likely to be the Liberal representative on the Confederal Council, heading the Department of Defense.

Although the Liberal Party does not have official factions, Hardy is normally considered to be on the right-wing of the party. As Prime Minister of Sahor, he emphasized free market liberalism and was accused by some dissenters within his own party of completely ignoring the concerns of social liberalism. In struggling against the terrorist Sons of the Reformation, he also showed a willingness of compromise liberal principles regarding the rule of law and the rights of the accused in the interest of dealing with immediate and serious threats to public security.
