John Pompey

John Pompey can lay a claim to being the best Britannican striker ever, at least at a domestic level. Though not as famous as 29-Goal Charlie Bowman or 28-Goal Royal Seaford, Pompey bagged 26 goals in Season 3 of Liga Starblaydia, catapulting his team, Montepool Waves, to their first Liga Starblaydia championship, confirming them as the 'Best Team in Nova Britannicus'. He was also crucial in the Tiberius Cup-winning Season 1 for the Waves.

At international level, Pompey has often been played out on the wing with Akira Jones taking the central striking role, which didn't help his total of International Goals. He did, however, top-score for the Britannicans with 5 goals in the World Cup 22 Qualifiers. Though they didn't make it to the World Cup of that year, he scored a brace of goals in the Quarter-Finals of the Cup of Harmony against The Weegies as they progressed to take their first ever International trophy. Thus he is part of "Powers' Army", who the Cup of Harmony and some sporting history back to Nova Britannicus.
