General Jorg Klischten is the head of the Kampferian National Army. This army, otherwise known as Kampfers Spec-Ops Army, is one of the elite units in the world due to its high effectiveness and small size. A close friend of Fuhrer Richtoff, he is often consulted when the dictator is facing a challenging decision.
