Julie Flora Lane is an anglophone citizen of West Ariddia, and is listed in books of records as the tallest person in the Ariddian Isles. She is 2m27 (7’5’’) tall.
Ms. Lane lives in the small town of Newcove, near the eastern coast. She works at a public helpdesk in a police station. She plays handball locally as an amateur.
Julie Lane attracted international attention when she was recruited to join an Ariddian Isles' national amateur team for the World Ultimate (frisbee) Championship in Sel Appa. Lane's height was intended to be a key asset in the team's strategy, which was to aim their passes high for her to catch, minimising the risk of interception by opponents.
Prior to the Ultimate Championship, Ms. Lane had left West Ariddia only twice. Once at the age of 9, when her parents took her on holiday to Ariddia, and once for work-related purposes to the Unified Capitalizt States, as part of a police methodology exchange programme.
