President Justin Alexander Herbert was born in The City of Humo, Golan Province, in Asgarnieu. He was born in 1961, when The Holy Empire of Asgarnieu was ruled by The Holy Emperor Timothy C. Battraw, III. The nation was in economic turmoil at that time, and he decided that he wanted to become the President of Asgarnieu. This dream came true in 2004, when the first free democratic elections were held. He ran for office, and with his dual-sided liberal/conservative policies, he won the electons. His first act in office was strengthening the military. Then, he changed the name of Asgarnieu. Overnight, the nation went from "The Holy Empire of Asgarnieu" to "The Armed Holy Democratic Empire of Asgarnieu". He kept the 'Holy...Empire' part of the name to preserve the nation's tradition. Next, he nearly eradicated crime in the nation. He established the Order of Asgarnian Citizen's Rights, and it became official the day it was signed. Justin A. Herbert has done many things to keep Asgarnieu safe, and make Asgarnieu one of the most splendorous nations in the modern world.

He is married to Katelyn Herbert, whose maiden name is Katelyn Bernal. They have 4 children together, Evan Herbert, Marion Herbert, Annette Herbert, and Keith Herbert.
