The Triarchy of Kannaris is a large semi-aristocratic nation located in the Southeast parts of the region of Atlantic, bordered by Venice, west of Kannaris. The Kannarian culture is thousands of years old, and can be difficult to understand by foreigners unfamiliar with the Kannarian culture and society.
The Kannarian society is very religious and militaristic, guided by the thousands of years old beliefs and traditions. Kannaris remained somewhat closed to foreigners up until 17th and 18th centuries, and after that it was still a very strange and a distant country to many foreigners. Today Kannaris is mostly open to foreigners, but the Kannarian population is still somewhat vary of foreigners, sometimes even to a level of xenophobia.
