Kansiov is one of the Largest Nations in the Nova today. Its population spans over 1.4 billion people, mainly speaking the language of English. However the mother tongue of many Kansiovians is Russian. Kansiov was first founded by Demtri Gueslev, who led a few followers to seek a better place, away from the overcrowded lands of the NS worlds. The group of 400-500 people settled about 200 miles from where they started and arrived a cold and barren place, which it soon became known as, Kansiov City. The very same day, on the 12 May, 1843, Demtri declared the land, "Land for the followers" and became the first Ruler of the young Kansiovian Nation. The Nation is well known for its natural beauty which is mainly untouched by urban developments due to the Green Kansiov project. The average income tax of the country is 51%, which the Government mainly spends on Soical Welfare and Education.
Culture
The People of Kansiov come from very strong Christian backgrounds, and is still so even today. Most of them are Protestants and Orthodox. The People of Kansiov usually speak English, but the Education system encourages students to take up Russian although it is not compulsory. Still almost 69% of Kansiovian Students take up the language and all Government schools allow their students to take up Russian literature, History of Imperial Russia and Russian Folk Dance to give the students a good understanding of their culture. English is taught to the young Kansiovian Generation as the Ministry Education wanted the Global language to be used by the people, for easier communication among each other and the outside world.

The Kansiovian People enjoy a wide range of Public Holidays, due the the diverse range of Christains making the Government press for Catholic, Orthodox and Protestant Holidays. However the most well know National holiday in Kansiov is christmas day, which many Kansiovian companies let their workers a week of pay-leave to enjoy their time with family and thank the Lord, Jesus for giving them such a wonderful place to live in.
The only non-religious holiday in the Kansiovian Calander is Independence day, the Day when Kansiov was formed. Although it is not offically not a religious holiday, many Kansiovians still go to their churches to pray and praise almighty God and thank him for what a great Nation he had given the Kansiovian people and hope his blessing would rain down on them in the future.
Sports
The offical sport for Kansiov is no doubts, football, which have driven many Kansiovians, young and old off their seats. The Kansiovian Domestic Football Union oversees six leagues, Kansiovian Premier League, Kansiovian Championship, League One, League Two, League Three, Sunday League. With 20 Clubs in each league. However the league does not feature many forgein players, nor do many Kansiovian players go abroad to play. This year, Kansiov will be taking part in the World Cup.
Other well established sports include, Tennis, Boxing, Golf and Ice Hokey. Kansiov also wishes to host a World Cup in the future, and promisies that Kansiov would make the best World Cup Host ever.
Economy
The Economy of Kansiov has grown by a lot, since the 1950s. The Backbone of the Kansiovian Economy comes from mining, Arms Developments and Tourism. Ming comes mainly from the Coal and Iron ore deposits in the Barren lands of the Northern Territories and oil platforms in the Gulf of Kansiov. Arms and Developments mainly selling of Kansiovian-made weapons into in International Market by the KMI and Tourism which comprises mainly of adventure seekers and love makers who enjoy the wonderful weather and lovely country side of the Northern Terriories.
One of the Kansiovian Government's efforts to preserve Kansiov's wonderful enviroment is Green Kansiov which express Kansiov's wonderful nature in the form of songs, in a 24 hour concert held in every major Kansiovian City. The event was an instant sucess with 67% of the public willing to add in an extra 2% in their income tax to keep Kansiov Clean and Green for holiday-makers and themselves. This also increased revenue for the Tourism board to almost K$0.96 trillion a year.
Mining
Kansiov has about 1230 Coal Mines, 2240+ Iron Mines, 500+ Gold Mines, less than 10 Diamond mines in the country itself. This provides almost 13% to the GDP (total) for the Nation. Mining has recently been restricted due to new Enviorment laws imposed and new Safety Regulations has closed down 300-400 Mines as the Companies were not willing to pay that much for Welfare laws. Despite this, Mining is still a major component in the Kansiovian Economy. Safety for miners have recently been greatly improved, and manpower is reduced in Mines as well. Machines are now a common sight at Kansiovian mines, and death toll in mines have dropped from 234 to only a mere 31 a year(2006 sources).
Oil
The Kansiovian Industrial sector is mainly led by the Oil production and refinery Industry. It boasts over 3400 oil wells, and well over 460 offshore oil platforms. The Kansiovian Government's worry of oil running dry is greatly assured, after another massive 3 trillion litres of oil reserves were found in the Northern Terriories. Kansiov exports about 67 billion bbl of oil a day, making it one of the largest oil producers in the world. The main company dealing with many of these oil producers is Kansiovian petroleum almost gaining 80% of the total of oil production in Kansiov, making an average K$6.4 billion a day.
Military
