Karl Xavier XIII, called the Great(Karl Xavier Paul Wilhelm Alois Rudolphus Manfred Von Bouze) was the Grand Duke of Kasnyia and a member of the House of Aloerberg-Denritter-Aboon.
He is considered by Kasnyians to be one of the nation's greatest rulers in history. Not only is he revered by the Kasnyians as a benevolent figure in Kasnyian culture, but is also know for his (successful) attempts to bring Kasnyia out of it's self-imposed isolation, which it had been in for 400 years. It was also during his reign that Kasnyia expanded immensely.
