Kataris (born Ior Halarion Ofiliar) is a famous Tomanian author, painter and poet. He began his carrier when he was nine years old, being sent to the Nessa Art School, their he worked under prestigious painters such as, Tel-hatar, Aranire, and Gilga, under poets such as Nessadhril, Hilor, Fef.

Some of Kataris’ more notable works include the three hundred and ninety-six stanza poem Vana Eleno, and the Nan ullúme olála.

Kataris, has even been invited to the Imperial Palace to read some of his poems before the Empress and Her Court.
