Kataris (born Ior Halarion Ofiliar) is a famous Tomanian author, painter and poet. He began his carrier when he was nine years old, being sent to the Nessa Art School, their he worked under prestigious painters such as, Tel-hatar, Aranire, and Gilga, under poets such as Nessadhril, Hilor, Fef. Kataris is one of the most famous people to come out of the Nessa Art School.

Some of Kataris’ more notable works include the three hundred and ninety-six stanza poem Vana Eleno and the Nan ullúme Olála. His painting carrier began sometime after he graduated from schooling in 2001, the average painting sold by Kataris ranks anywhere between §12 million and §390 million. ($24-$780million).

Kataris, has even been invited to the Imperial Palace to read some of his poems before the Empress and Her Court.

And exert from the Vana Eleno, all three hundred stanza follow the pattern of seven lines with the 9, 11, 10, 11, 15, 7, 8 rhythmic syllable patterns.
