Kate Bush

Thought her job doesn't make her more important than any other ECE minister, Mrs Kate Bush has become so famous all around Europe that her interventions are always seen as golden words. She used to be the first Chancellor of ECE, until the changes of direction taken by former Pdt Vandergraaf lead her take charge of only the ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since this day she has been the symbol of ECE all around the world, and highly popular even in ECE's unfriendly nations. Her campaigns, such as the great reconcilation with CI nations after the spying affair, made her a highly-skilled negotiator and peace enforcer.

Born in the small community of the English-speaking Svalbardian, she has been a long-term leader of the ESDP in this state.
