Katyuska Igishev, born in Ussuriysk, on August 3 1966, is the Permanent Representative of Pushistymistan to the United Nations. She presented her credentials to United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan on June 19, 2001.

From 1993 to her appointment, she had been Pushistymistan's ambassador to Kazakhstan, Russia, Taiwan and the PRC.

She is the holder of a master's degree in political science.
