December 16th (and 17th), Independence Day (День независимости) National holiday, Kazakhstan was a neglected Soviet State, until Independence, it is one of the fastest growing economies in the world, with 13.2% in 2001, an average of 9.5% followed, and expected to increase due to the High Oil Prices. Kazakhstan was a sleeping region for a long time, and didn't seek any foreign relations, today the region is trying to reach out, to form alliances, friendships and others... Russia, Ukraine, Iran, China, India, Japan, Central Asia, Arab League, European Union, United States of America, Canada, Australia, Brasil, the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan, under the rule of Seedrah, is starting to witness big-relations, and expected to Boom in the following months with all mentioned regions.
