The Kelssek Institute for Sport (KIFS) is a specialised educational and training institution providing coaching for elite junior and senior athletes in a number of sports, many of them Olympic sports but including a number of others. Its main facility is located in Featherstone, an area just north of downtown Neorvins adjacent to the Commonwealth Park Sports Complex, and it has satellite campuses in twelve Kelssekian cities, including a large wintersports centre in Brandon, Etnier.

Set up in 1996, its goal is to develop young athletes and provide top-class training for all athletes in order for Kelssek to achieve greater success in international sporting competition. The Kelssekian Olympic Committee partners with KIFS in the development of Olympic athletes, as do several sports federations. It has also established a partnership with the kinesiology department of the Victoria University of Neorvins.
