Kenneth Coleman II, son of Andrew Coleman IV, is the eleventh ruler of Crimmond and only the third to use the Emperor/Empress title. Kenneth is the only civilian in the military dictatiorship that currently rules Crimmond, though a citizen elected Senate handles the actual running of the majority of the government.

Much of his past in unknown publically, as he was not seen in public for most of his life. In fact, the majority of Imperial citizens did not know that Andrew Coleman even had a son. He used this to his advantage to live as the people live. To work a job that they work. To join the Marines and serve as a sergeant for several years. When his father grew ill, Kenneth stepped into the spotlight and took power. The military accepts his civilian status only because of his past service and that his father, the greatest living Crimm general, is still alive.
