Kevin I, (May 16, 1966 in Clamptown, Palixian SSR (now Palixia)), born Kevin Niemann, officially known as Kevin, High Inquisitor of the Palixian Holy Floydian Chuch, was co-founder of neo-Floydism and a seperatist in the Anti-Soviet Party of Palixia, whom helped found the Modern Day Palixian-Nation.
Early Years
He was born in 1966, in a small town in the Palixian USSR. His mother was a home-maker and his father, a plumber who died in Viet Nam when Kevin was 8. He was always an outsider in school, but very intelligent. By the time he was 10 he knew basic Portuguese and advanced English. He recieved fair grades in school and attended Brixton State College. At the age of 12 he was introduced to rock and roll, which was outlawed in the Palixian SSR. At the age of 18, his mother was placed into prison for shoplifting a loaf of bread. After gaining a minor degree in College, the Soviet Government placed him in the Red Army. He was very disobeydient and when he was 21, was shot in the knees for disobeying orders.
Rebel with a cause
In 1989 after the Berlin Wall fell, he helped create the Anti-Soviet Party of Palixia, a largely popular underground party. In 1991 after the Soviet August Coup of 1991, Palixia declared its independence from the Soviet Union. The Red Army attempted to occupy the land, but was single-handedly taken out by a group of 25 hired mercenaries, including Kevin. The Palixian Republic had been formed.
Floydian
After freeing Palixia, he found a man named Acco Spoot from the nation of Spooty who had the same idea of a unified church. They later met other people from Philanchez and Tetis L-Shaped Block whom helped form the Holy Church of Floyd, they also managed to write the Holy Book of Floyd, from many of their visions. In 2010, King Davi wrote a law making Kevin Niemann the first Inquisitor that was not the leader of the Palixia. He has helped modernise the church, wish actually had been underground for hundreds of years.
