The People's Republic of Khadiz
The People's Republic of Khadiz was proclaimed during a proletarian-farmer revolution. It is a former colony of Galikese empire and it suffered sorely under exploitative rule of Galikese military authorities. The movement for national freedom and social justice managed to seize power and establish new government, that of United Worker Party and all folks of Khadiz, after the general strike with massive support among the people. Revolutionary leaders, especially charismatic Galikese economist and journalist Étienne Chauviteau, succeeded in preventing desert tribes from destroying each other in endless religious controversies which threatened to break out. The main goal - unity of all tribal communities - was attained early because the strict secularization policy was an outstanding feature of the revolutionary comittee's agency. Diwans (local workers' councils) swiftly calmed down the chaos which turned up through the overthrow period, so that the economy hardly sustained a significant loss. Nowadays, The People's Republic of Khadiz has only one sovereign governor - the common will of Khadizian proletariat, farmers and working inteligentsia.
