Kshayavang is a mystic figure and member of the Saen Taam, a group of spiritual figures that tend to the duties of the Imperial Rite of Taam In Phar, the state religious of Allech-Atreus. Technically the highest-ranking member of the Saen, he holds the title Noble of the Mysticy Shrine of the Golden Throne, and attends personally to the Emperor himself.
He is a mysterious figure, and is only publicly seen on important state religious occasions warranting an Imperial appearance. He is often described as a spiritualist and mystic, a very intelligent and kind man, and very soft-spoken.
