Killmörck I. was, until 2029, an anonymous norwegian boy, named Christian F. L-Kilmorck. But, in the year of 2026, he changed his name, and from that year, he was named Killmörck I. He started the work of nationbuilding, which ended in the foundation of Tansei on the 9th of May 2029. He proclaimed himself the king of the new country, and established a democratic constitution. For the first year, before the first elections took place, he ruled the nation, building up his socialistic welfare state. He did not participate in the elections, however, and lost his power as Prime Minister to the leader of the Farmer's Party.

Killmörck I.'s sexuality have become quite a controversy in his own country, as some political parties which opposes gay rights, gained 33,1 % of the votes in the last election, meaning that at least 33 % of the Tanseian population opposes homosexuality. The king is an intelligent man, and came from Norway to Tansei as only a student. His grandmother was Finnish, so he's 1/4 Finnish, and 3/4 Norwegian. His main language are then, of course, norwegian. He also do have an strong interest in Japan, and especially japanese lanuage, a language he speaks fluently. With a population consisting of 53 % Japanese, and only 31 % Norwegians, the decision of making japanese Tansei's other main language did not get a lot of attention.
