Address to the People on the Friday the 13th Invasion

This speech was given on Friday the 13th of April, 2007 after the army of New Britannian Empire was forced out of Greater Antarctica after it had been conquered by Sidlegascar. Though the invasion began a few days earlier, but because of this speech, the term The Friday the Thirteenth Invasion was coined.

"On this day of Friday the 13th of April, the glorious Empire of Greater Antarctica has fallen. It has been destroyed by the hands of the obsessive, bloodthirsty Sidlegascar. This little person has an unjustified hatred of Greater Antarctica for God only knows what reason. Greater Antarctica's only crime is existing and being Great. He has overthrown the monarchy and will ruin the region. And this to a region who pardoned him twice, against my better judgement, for the same crime. He is a compulsive liar, deceiving us all, and highly neurotic. I can imagine no reason for anyone to hold a grudge against such a great region as Greater Antarctica. If there were anything I could do to save Greater Antarctica from this heartless beast, this dictator, jealous of Emperor Isaac's power, I would do it. Even if it means dismantling my own empire, I would do it, but there is little we can do, now, for our greatest, oldest of allies. I can, however, open our doors to all Greater Antarctican refugees and welcome them into our empire. Greater Antarctica will never die, but live forever in our hearts."

When Riordonian invasion was looming over the empire on the 4th of May, 2007, His Majesty assured The Generals that their alliance would prevail over Riordonia.
