First modern king of Skatval

Skatval was an independent kingdom in the middle ages, but fell for Skatval-Brandenburg's armed forces in 1456. In 1988, Skatval was independent again, and the best scientists in the country started to look after a young male with clean, Skatvalian blood. They found the son of, the next to poor, familiy of Hallgrimssón, an old familiy of nobility, which lost their power in the middle of the 19th century.

The king doesn't have any political power, and his job is to represent Skatval, not to rule. The king is the formal leader, and also the formal leader of the government.
