King William Vander Nobenfelt 1753-1803. 58th king of Popeleoma Del Signe. Official Title: His Royal Majesty King and of the Popleomas and its lands.
Overview
Born eldest of Sven I, Sven II initiated massive public works projects including the Arc of Honor and Arc of Victory in Temple Grove. He began construction of the city of Hur but died when it was halfway finished. He died of a stroke on September 12, 1803.
