Kinshasa Capital Police

The Kinshasa Capital Police, or KCP, are a newly introduced unit of elite military police, trained by former U.S. Green Berets, FBI agents, Mossad, and Egyptian police, for the purpose of defending Kinshasa, the tumultuous capital city of Zaire. They are highly trained in both law enforcement and military tactics, and as such they double as both police and soldiers. Commanded by Captain Kongulu Mobutu (son of the President), they are answerable only to President Mobutu himself. There are 15,000 Kinshasa Capital Police. It is said that their prowess rivals even some of the better military units, though this has not been confirmed. The KCP has at its disposal the following:
